FYI for Current Jestek Website Customers,
All accounts that are created are put on auto renew.
This is done to protect you from losing your web site and/or your domain name.

Hosting:
If you wish to discontinue your website with Jestek YOU must send to us in writing this request.
You must do this no less then 30 days prior to the renewal date.
After this 30 day period you may have to pay for the hosting for the upcoming year.

Domains:
Your domain (web address) is registered with our registrar.
You may keep this name even if you do not wish to continue having Jestek host your website.
You would just continue to pay the $21 per year to keep the domain registration current.

If you wish to transfer your domain to a different registrar the following must happen...your domain name needs to be current and paid by the 30 day time period prior to renewal.  If this is the case we will gladly assist you in transferring your domain name to the registrar of your choice at no additional cost from us. You will probably have to pay the other registrar for at least one year to secure them holding your domain name for you.

PLEASE remember if you do not pay your annual domain registration with any resgistrar and we drop it from our registrar that you may lose your domain forever. There are companies out there that snag up abandoned domains and "hold them for random" You will pay a horribly high price to get your domain name back. We highly suggest you keep your domain with our registrar or another as not to lose your web name for future use.
